Karen in Flower Mound asks: Barb, My towels stink. It’s so weird, I can’t figure it out. We just moved a few months ago and we never had this problem in the old house. It’s my same bath towels, some new ones I broke out, the guest towels, and the kitchen towels. I use the same soap and washing machine, the cabinets don’t smell, I have been making sure lately that I run the dryer longer to make sure they are dry. They smell okay out of the dryer, and sometimes they smell okay when I get them out of the cabinet, and then the second I use them they stink again. Clothes come out fine – it’s just towels and it’s several different brands, colors, thickness and age. I’m stumped!
