not! Our Scoop Directory and Events Calendar are a free resource. There
also is no charge whatsoever to register for
The Weekly Scoop, an e-mail bulletin that keeps you in the know
about events, tips and more.

Why do you cover the entire Metroplex? |
|

We are so
fortunate to live in an area that has so much to offer! Two zoos,
several museums and sports centers and so much more! If other parents
are anything like we are, then they don't mind driving for different
events and selections. We want to provide as much information as
possible so that you can decide whether you want to do something in your
area or venture a little farther.

How do you choose which businesses to include in the Scoop Directory? |
|

Our goal is to
offer parents as much information and variety as possible. That is why,
unlike most other local directories, we do not charge businesses that
offer services directly relating to children to be listed in The
Scoop. We add
all businesses and events relevant to our Scoop categories as we
learn about them, unless they do not want to be listed or unless we have
received complaints from parents about the practices of a business.

How do you choose merchants for the Metroplex Baby Savings Card? |
|

We invite all
merchants that have a tangible and unique benefit to offer our card
holders to become participants in the Metroplex Baby Savings Card
program. Because our goal is to offer parents as much variety as
possible, we generally do not offer merchants exclusivity for
participating in the Savings Card program. We may make an exception
from time to time if a merchant offers a spectacular discount that is
beneficial to holders of the Metroplex Baby Savings Card and which
cannot be beat. If you are a merchant and would like to become a
participant in the Metroplex Baby Savings Card program, please
contact us.

Absolutely not! MetroMoms events are not membership-based.
