Yoga Style Fitness offers yoga for kids, prenatal yoga
and yoga classes for adults, as well as private lessons. It's never
too early to introduce children to the joys and benefits of Yoga. Yoga
develops strong bodies, develops flexibility, enhances their ability to
focus, improves coordination and balance, and helps them to be still, at
rest and at peace. In a non-competitive and fun environment, we encourage
cooperation through working with one another in various Yoga movements. Yoga
brings that wonderful inner sparkle to the surface. You will notice them
shine as they become whole in their journey with Yoga. The prenatal
yoga class is designed with a mixture of poses and breathing awareness. This
class can better prepare you for the “wonders of childbirth”—no matter what
stage you are in your pregnancy. The class is open to all levels of yoga
